Rachel’s yoga journey began 8 years ago when she took her first hot yoga class. She was only looking for a good workout but as many find out, yoga is much more than a physical exercise. It is a moving meditation that brought her into the present moment like never before. The self awareness and mental toughness you develop when powering through a hot yoga class is what kept her coming back. After years of practice, Rachel is now a yoga alliance certified teacher who teaches power vinyasa, hatha, and yin yoga. Rachel provides support, encouragement, a little extra core work, inversions, and essential oils into her yoga classes.
Outside of yoga, Rachel is a passionate vegan who runs her own plant-based personal chef company, develops recipes for her blog, and spends her free time hiking, biking, or just getting outside with her husband and two fur-children.
